Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses across the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated transit time is 5-8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (see checkout for available options).

Returns & refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full conditions.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Products

Are your products genuine?
Yes. We only sell genuine Sublue products sourced through official channels.

Is the Swii battery included?
Choose the "With Battery" option on the Swii product page. The standard version ships without a battery.

Which charger fits my scooter?
The 158Wh fast charger on this store is compatible with Navbow, Navbow+, Swii, and Tini. Check the product page for details.
